Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Whitening Gel:

  • Remove the cap from the whitening gel syringe.
  • Carefully apply a small, tiny bead sized amount of gel into each tooth compartment of the tray from your first molar to the other first molar (inside front of the tray only-the surface that will be facing the front of your teeth). Avoid overfilling.

3. Wear Time:

  • Wear the trays for the recommended time as directed by your dentist.
    • i. Start with 4-5 hours per session.
    • ii. If no sensitivity develops then proceed to wear the whitening trays overnight for you next session.
  • Do not eat, drink, or smoke while wearing the trays.
  • Repeat this for 2-3 days consecutively.
  • If sensitivity develops, discontinue whitening for a few days until it subsides. If you desire a whiter shade, then you can continue the same cycle of wear mentioned above.
